1100 BOYLSTON AVE, SEATTLE

January - June 2022

In Seattle's First Hill commercial district we installed over 350' of trench containing a duct bank with up to ten 4" and 5" conduit consisting of PVC, fiberglass and galvanized material.  A pair of 712 vaults at each end, one in a major arterial, along with multiple 444 vaults; connections up an exiting pole and conduits to exiting 812 and 444 vaults.  We worked with our customer, SCL, the local communications providers, and their engineers to conquer a challenging situation between two buildings and with a pole that required special engineering for support.

2122/2128 N 185TH, SHORELINE

September 2020-February 2022

A unique rowhouse project in the City of Shoreline that called for specialized detention tanks approximately 6' round by 50' long with full size manholes on each end of the two tanks. Along with this installation we excavated the site for the foundations. We partnered with the GC to solution taps to the main in a major arterial, ran power conduit for new street lights, and installed custom trench drains.  As with all our work we are engaged with the customer throughout the entire project so we can get in and out of each phase without impacting the other trades.

2715 CALIFORNIA AVE, SEATTLE

March 2021-June 2022

Working with this customer a couple years back on Junction Landing in West Seattle he contacted us again to handle his 5000+ cubic yard excavation. Along with supporting and excavating for the lagging and pile crew, we extended the existing main in California Ave, tapped the sewer main for service, installed water service, installed a new power vault as well as ran power down the alley working with SCL on a live change over.  As U certified installer we also installed the fire line to the building.
