WHAT SERVICES DO YOU PROVIDE TO THE CURRENT HOMEOWNER?
We can offer the homeowner our years of expertise in diagnosing and fixing issues with their sewer and storm lines. We provide a video service to identify any issues. From there we can show you what is causing your issues and provide you with a solution. It may be as simple as a high-pressure water jet cleaning or as complex as a CIPP liner or full excavation and repair.
WHAT IS A CIPP LINER?
A cure in place liner is a way to repair a sewer or storm line from the inside. It starts as a soft fiberglass material in the shape of a tube. From there we impregnate it with resigns and inject it into your current line where is will harden in place. This is a far more cost effective solution then full excavation of your sewer line and will last for many years.
DO YOU PROVIDE EMERGENCY SERVICE?
Unfortunately we do not provide on call 24/7 emergency services. What we can do is come out after your emergency has been addressed and give you an honest evaluation of your situation. We never suggest or sell a service that is not needed.
ARE WE CERTIFIED TO INSTALL WATER LINES FOR MY FIRE SYSTEM?
Yes! Cornerstone is U certified through the state and has extensive experience installing water services for your fire system from the point of connection to your building.
WHAT OTHER UTILITIES DO YOU INSTALL?
In addition to clearing and excavation Cornerstone excels at the installation of all major utilities which includes storm, sewer, water, and power and gas conduit. We do this for large commercial scale projects as well as for the new single family home.
